Policy. Terms & Conditions
Purchasers must be over the age of 18. IMAGINEER only provides image management training, courses, and consultation.
If you purchase a product (color swatch) or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping details) we use external parties for the billing process. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you so please ensure this is correct.
All personal services must be paid for in advance of the service in order to reserve and confirm your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until full payment has been made. Once your payment has been processed, we will contact you via phone or email within 3 working days to arrange an appointment with you (does not apply to Gift Certificates). Please ensure you provide at least one method of contact and ensure your details are correct. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to arrange an appointment with one of our stylists or consultant as we can tend to get booked up during busy periods.

Organizing Your Appointment
Personal Shopping is only conducted between Mondays – Fridays, 9 am – 5 pm. We do not provide personal shopping appointments at the weekend, evenings, or during other busy times such as Christmas or school holidays as we cannot provide the best service possible for our clients during these busy times.
Wardrobe Services can be provided between Mondays – Fridays, between the hours of 9 am – 6 pm. Special requests for the weekend, public holiday, or evening appointments have an additional charge of up to RM100.

Geographical Location of Consultant
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that they are both in a geographic area serviced by IMAGINEER and in a position to receive the services purchased. The purchaser must be in a position to receive the services purchased and expect to allow our consultant access to their wardrobes, clothing, and accessories wherever they may be located in the home. If the purchaser is unable for any reason to allow the consultant access to their wardrobes, clothes, or accessories it will deem to be a cancellation, however, we may provide an exchange of services at their discretion.
Currently, our one-to-one consultation is operated within Klang Valley for certain services offered. This list is intended as a guide only, so please contact us to check if we provide services in your area. Online training or courses not affected. Offline training or courses might have extra charges for outstation’s client.
The IMAGINEER cannot accept responsibility for those booking or purchasing services online without checking with that area can be covered. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make these checks before purchase. Kindly contact us for further details.

Travel Expenses:
Travel expenses for our consultant may be extra if the client is based outside of the areas covered. These are charged at AA rates return journey. The agreed amount is to be paid upfront. If you are buying any of our personal image branding consultation services as a Gift Voucher you can pay for the travel expenses yourself – please inform us if you wish to do so at the time of booking by emailing us or calling us. We will make every endeavor to match you based close to you if possible to keep travel expenses to a minimum.
Rescheduling Appointments
If for any reason you need to change the date of your appointment or attend the courses, we are happy to reorganize appointments to suit you within 1 month of the originally scheduled appointment, or you should join the next courses when the schedule is fixed. However, this is subject to availability so there may be a wait involved. If you need to reschedule, there is no charge for 1 reschedule, however, payment must have been provided in full to reschedule.
If you call to reschedule, it would be great if you could have your diary to hand to get another date booked. If you reschedule your appointment more than once, you will then keep it in view based on the availability of the schedule.
In the unlikely event that we should ever need to, The IMAGINEER reserve the right to reschedule appointments with clients. Should this unlikely event occur, The IMAGINEER will make every attempt to find another appointment that will suit the client equally as well.
Cancellations of appointments or bookings less than 7 days in advance are charged at 50% of the price of the corporate training service, plus any travel or accommodation expenses that have been incurred e.g. reservation of hotel rooms, travel expenses, etc.
For any Training, an additional cancellation fee may be incurred to cover materials, food, and venue hire which The IMAGINEER will lose due to the cancellation.
Client Profile Form
For Image Consultations, Wardrobe Consultations, Personal Shopping services you may be asked to complete a client profile form to assist our stylists and ensure that on the day of your appointment, you get the most from the time with your personal consultant. Upon confirmation of your appointment, when payment has been made in full, you will receive instructions on how to complete your client form, which can be done via email or post, or over the telephone.

The IMAGINEER Training, Workshops, Consultation, and Events
Should you need to cancel your place at the IMAGINEER training course, event or workshop, you are NOT entitled to a refund. You may pass your place on to a friend or colleague and in this case, no cancellation charges will be made.
The IMAGINEER reserves the right to cancel workshops or events one week before if we don’t have minimum numbers. If The IMAGINEER is rescheduling the event or workshop, your place will automatically be reserved at the new date and venue. Should you not be able to attend the new date and/or venue proposed, or should we cancel the event entirely, a full refund will be given or the amount can be transferred to another service with The IMAGINEER.
Exchanges on any products or services are at The IMAGINEER’s discretion.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be given if a particular service cannot be carried out by The IMAGINEER due to the location of the client, however, an administration of RM150 may apply, therefore please check we can conduct services in your area before making any purchases.
Refunds cannot be made once the service has commenced or has been completed. Refunds are also NOT AVAILABLE on any product or service available to buy through our online shop.
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Copyright, Trademarks, and Intellectual Property
All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on www.imagineerbysusanlaw.com and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in The IMAGINEER. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use our content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use without our written permission.
The names, images, and logos identifying The IMAGINEER and /or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights, and trademarks of The IMAGINEER and /or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring any license or right to use any trademark, design right, or copyright of the IMAGINEER or any other third party.
